History

Vidacrete™ has undergone fifteen years of development in construction projects around the world.  Designed to build both residential and commercial construction projects, the early version of Vidacrete™ was used as a building panel system in Costa Rica, Venezuela and Malaysia to construct housing for the disadvantaged and to rebuild community infrastructures.  Building with lightweight fibre-reinforced concrete provided many benefits to the people of these countries. These included ease of construction, flexibility of design, ability to meet any building code requirements with simple modifications, sensitivity to the environment, and safety from fire, wind, mold, mildew and insects.

Vidabode Group Inc. was then formed in 2003 to enhance Vidacrete™ composition and automate the high speed production of Vidacrete™ panels. After four years of engineering and fabrication involving top experts from around the world, Vidabode officially launched its Vidabobe Production System (VPS) in October of 2008.
