Vidacrete™ Building Panels
Our initial product offering is lightweight, durable Vidacrete™ building panels. These panels can be used as an independent building material or combined with other building materials (eg. wood, steel) to meet your construction needs. This design flexibility makes Vidacrete™ panels ideal for home and community building projects including schools, community centers, hospitals, and light commercial buildings. All panels are shipped with door, window and service entry access openings, as designed with an AutoCAD system.
Aerated and warmed sand is mixed with water and the cement powder. The fibre, EPS beads, and our proprietary compound are added, and the Vidacrete™ is dispensed into panel casting elements. The panels proceed into a carousel conveyor system where they cure for approximately 3 hours.
All panel sizes and specs are maintained in a Panel Catalogue for reference by builders, engineers and architects. It is the responsibility of each customer to design a building using our panel specs that meets the building codes in your area. Vidabode can then precision manufacture the panels to your specifications.
