The Vidabode Production System

Our proprietary Vidabode Production System™ (VPS) is required to produce Vidacrete™. This system features world-class production volumes for high quality panelized building systems and can be retooled for new product applications introduced to our licensees at no or minimal cost.

The VPS™ can produce tens of thousands of wall panels a year.  All panels are shipped with door, window and service entry access openings, as designed with an AutoCAD system.

The VPS™ produces in an automated batch and conveyance system that produces quality structural panels for all construction projects.  The VPS™ is a precise manufacturing system capable of producing panels that can be used for homes, hospitals, schools, churches, stores, malls, hotels, noise wall panels and other desired construction projects – all without retooling the automated system.
