Site Preparation

Prior to the arrival of the panels, the site preparation will be completed by the Vida Construct Certified™ general contractor and crew, following precise training, instruction and layout of plans. The necessary regulatory permits will have been completed and the building permit issued. The lot is prepared, leveled, and the footings have been prepared as per local building codes, and installed. The electrical conduit, water lines and wastewater drains have been installed and the floor slab has been poured and tested.

The site is now prepared for the arrival of the panels. A crane is made available at the site in preparation for the panels and the work crew stands ready.
