Unloading Upon Arrival
The transport vehicles have a length of up to 18 m with headroom not to exceed 4 m. The construct team must ensure that the crane has unimpeded access to the site, taking into account possible street obstructions, overhead wires, the sharpness of bends, parked vehicles and clear view during placement.
When the panels arrive at the site, they will be vertically lifted directly from the transport and moved into position sequentially. The contractor will have an electronic reader and sequential plan to monitor the removal of panels and to ensure the proper sequence of construct as determined by the blueprints.
Spreader bars must be used in conjunction with the crane lift system to guarantee an angle of 90 degrees. The construction team must ensure that the panel element is always level, using cables if necessary.
