Compared to other Building Methods
Conventional concrete home building uses masonry blocks, insulated concrete forms (ICF), cast-in-place forms, precast and tilt-up models. Vidacrete™ is a panelized production system and does not require filling, as does the ICF system. It does not require structural framing in steel or foam board as does the cast form system, nor is it limited to the right angle dimension restrictions of tilt up models.
Vidabode Group Inc. has prepared a competitive analysis chart and breakdown of key product characteristics exhibited by potential market competitors to serve as an introductory analysis of Vidacrete™’s™ competitive position in the existing market. This detailed analysis has been completed across six key, comparable structural design categories, with traditional wood-frame housing design serving as the control category for comparison purposes.
The six categories examined within the analysis include Panelized SIP (Structural Insulated Panels), Modular SIP, ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms), Concrete Masonry Units/Blocks (CMU), Recycled Polystyrene ICF, and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). Download the Comparative Chart now.
